CONSTRUCTION: Solid fiberglass hull, white with red bottom paint; black PVC rubrails; white deckhouses and fly bridge; CCG certified for passengers* (Home Trade III & Minor Waters Class II) last inspection spring 2003; full well keel with fully supported rudder; stainless steel bow and stern rails; 15'X12' self-bailing cockpit; Hydraulic steering at 2 stations.

ACCOMMODATIONS: Double stateroom forward with upper and lower single berths, hanging lockers and storage; large head to starboard with separate shower stall, electric head, sink and vanity; galley opposite to port with 2 burner 110 volt electric stove with oven, microwave oven, household type 110/12 volt refrigerator, stainless steel sink and much counter space; the main cabin has a lower helm station forward to port with helm seat and settee to port; there is an `L' shaped settee with table that drops to make a double berth to port.  Large cockpit with fixed seating.

The interior is nicely appointed with dark stained oak joinery, teal blue fabric upholstery and fiberglass cabin soles.  The vessel has a 50 gallon fresh water tank supplying hot and cold pressure water (via a heat exchanger on the engine and 110 volt hot water heater) to the sinks and shower; reverse cycle air-conditioning/heat.

ENGINE: 1995 CUMMINS 300 hp 6 cylinder diesel inboard engine; fresh water cooling; hour meter showing 839 hrs. to time of listing; 10 kt. cruising speed with 14 kt. max speed; 300 gallon fuel capacity in stainless steel tanks; Haylon fire fighting system in engine room; msc. spare parts; emergency fuel shut-offs at lower helm; emergency 3" high capacity pump on engine for fire fighting or bilge pumping.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: The yacht is equipped with both 12 and 110 volt systems: The 12 volt system is supplied by either an alternator on the engine or a convertor (Constavolt) to 2 `8D' type lead/acid batteries thence to circuit breaker panels and on to lights and accessories.  The 110 volt system is supplied either by shore power connection (50'- 30 amp shore cord included) or via the 7.5 amp diesel auxiliary Kubota generator through a circuit breaker panel to accessories.   The vessel is equipped with a full compliment of cabin, navigation and deck lights; grounding system with grounding plate.

ELECTRONICS: VHF radiotelephones: 1 Raytheon, 1 Panasonic; Ritchie compass; Raytheon color video depth sounder; Raytheon GPS with plotter; Raytheon `Raychart 600' electronic charting system interfaced with the GPS; Raytheon R20 Radar; Kenwood stereo system with speakers throughout the interior and exterior of the vessel.

GENERAL: Danforth #40 anchor and rode; 3 electric bilge pumps; 3 windshield wipers; 3 fire extinguishers; stern door with swim platform; screens; 25 man canister liferaft (1995); engine and equipment manuals.
