CONSTRUCTION: White fiberglass hull with white deck and deckhouse; anodized aluminum framed windshield; blue Bimini top with full enclosure; stainless steel bow- rail; Teleflex steering; 2 opening ports; 1 opening hatch; 12' (approx.) self-bailing cockpit. ACCOMMODATIONS: Vee-berths in cuddy upholstered in off-white velour; Self-contained chemical toilet mounted under the vee berth; the cuddy is nicely finished in teak veneer; large cockpit with twin pedestal seats. ENGINE: 1989 Johnson VRO 140 HP outboard; full instrumentation; the engine received a major rebuild in 2006: new pistons, rings, etc. (invoice and work description available); about 10 hours on the engine since the rebuild. Single- lever control; power tilt and trim; aluminum fuel tank; 2006 Stainless steel propeller; 2 spare propellers. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: 12-volt system supplied by the alternator on the engine; 2 - 12 volt batteries; selector switch; isolator; circuit breaker panel; navigation and internal dome light. 
ELECTRONICS & NAVIGATION: Ritchie compass; VHF; speedometer; fish/depth-finder; CD stereo.
