CONSTRUCTION: White fiberglass hull, deck & deckhouses; non-skid decks; black boottop and bottom paint; Stainless steel bow rail; Stainless Steel stern rail, around sun-bridge with weather cloths; Swim platform with swim & boarding ladders; fly-bridge with Bimini top and 3 side enclosure plus mooring cover; Bimini top over the aft sun-deck.

ACCOMMODATIONS: Large V berth forward with cabinets below; enclosed head with sink, separate shower stall, sink with vanity and recent Jabsco marine toilet aft to starboard; Holding tank with 'Y' valve and macerator-pump. The galley is to port and features a Princess 3 burner 110 volt electric stove with oven; Microwave oven, 12/110 volt refrigerator with freezer; stainless steel sink and much counter and locker space. The main cabin has a helm station forward to starboard; burgundy leather settee to port; there is a Hi-Lo table for cocktails & dining; Stereo system with CD player. The owner's stateroom is aft with double berth to port, single berth to starboard and enclosed head aft with recent Jabsco marine water-closet; holding tank, 'Y' valve and macerator pump for overboard discharge.

The heads and galley are all supplied with hot and cold pressure water.

There are 2-110 volt built-in electric heaters.

The interior had a vinyl head liner, earth-tone bulkhead coverings with solid teak trim; laminate wood-tone soles in the galley and both heads; rose colored carpeting elsewhere; complimentary dark gold fitted mini-blinds in the main cabin; off-white complimentary floral upholstery and toss cushions in the forward stateroom; burgundy upholstery aft.

ENGINES: Twin 2004 MerCruiser 350 cu. in., fresh water- cooled (heat exchangers) gasoline inboards: 215 HP; Approximately 140 hrs. on the engines; hour meters; 182 US gallon fuel capacity in two tanks; fume detector; engine synchronizer; trim tabs; bilge blower; misc. spare parts.

ELECTRONICS: At the lower helm: Uniden, VHF; Apelco GPS & plotter; Compass. On the fly-bridge: Navman speedometer, log and depth sounder & GPS; compass, VHF.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS: The yacht has both 12 & 110 volt systems. The 110 volt system is supplied either by shore-power connection (30 amp cord included), by the 5 kw. Kohler (fresh water cooled) generator or by the inverter. The 12 volt system is supplied by alternators on the engines through selector switches to 3 lead-acid batteries (2006) thence to a circuit breaker panel and on to lights & accessories. The yacht has a full compliment of interior, navigation and courtesy lights. There is also a remote search light.

GENERAL: 6 Docklines; 4 fenders; Danforth anchor with rode; 3 electric and 1 manual bilge pumps; Life Ring; 5 life jackets; boat hook; 3 fire extinguishers; horn; bell; cushions on fly-bridge (recently recovered); screens; engine & equipment manuals.
