BUILDER: K. Sinstadt, DESIGNER: Wm. Lewis CONSTRUCTION: West System epoxy and fiberglass cloth over 1 ¼” cedar carvel planking on tamarak frames; the hull is West System epoxy coated only on the inside; 1 ¼” cedar planked decks covered with plywood then epoxy & fiberglass cloth; epoxy & cloth over plywood deckhouses; the hull is painted white with medium blue boottop and trim; red bottom paint; long skeg keel with fully supported rudder; 1 ½” stainless steel shaft; 23”X19” three bladed Hawboldt propeller; 2:1 reduction gear; hydraulic wheel steering; the flybridge is structurally complete but seating, steering and engine controls are not yet installed; there is a radar arch; 6' self-bailing cockpit; one opening hatch forward. ACCOMMODATIONS: The yacht has berths for 6 and 6'3” headroom.
Roomy storage lockers in the forepeak: linen above and rope locker below; bureau with 3 drawers to port in the forward cabin with a roomy hanging locker adjacent. To starboard is a semi-private double-berth stateroom with sliding door running fore and aft. A roomy fully enclosed head is to port with marine overboard discharge toilet, shower, sink and vanity. There is a 17 gallon epoxy over plywood holding tank fitted aft but not connected. The main cabin has the helm station forward to starboard with a large fore & aft oriented galley to port. There is a dinette that drops to make a double berth aft to port with a settee to starboard that also can be pulled out to make a double berth. There is a chart-table/bureau between the settee and the helm station with storage under. The galley has a Hardwick 4 burner LPG stove with oven; 110 volt/LPG Dometic refrigerator, stainless steel sink and much counter and locker space. The interior bulkheads and cabinetry are all finished in satin-varnished oak veneers with solid doors and trim. The upholstery is light blue/gray marine fabric. There are draperies and a painted plywood cabin sole. The sinks and shower are supplied by dockside (110 volt 6 gallon hot water heater) and engine (heat exchanger) hot & cold pressure water from two 35 gallon plastic fresh water tanks. ENGINE: 1985 Isuzu 125 HP, marine diesel inboard with fresh water cooling (heat exchanger); 150 gallon fuel capacity in two fiberglass tanks; hour meter showing 1450 hrs., approximately, to the time of listing.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS: The yacht has both 12 volt DC & 110 volt AC systems. The 12 volt system is supplied by an alternator on the main engine through a selector switch to 2 - 12 volt lead-acid batteries. The 110 volt system is supplied by shore-power connection; a 50' 30 amp shore cord is included. The vessel also as a 24 volt DC system for engine starting only with a dedicated (second) alternator and 4 - 6 volt batteries + ammeter & panel. The vessel has a fuse panel, cabin and navigation lights. ELECTRONICS: Uniden HH979 VHF; Ray Jefferson #880 color Depth Sounder; Saturn magnetic Compass; Raytheon XX10 RADAR; Ten-Tek fume detector. GENERAL: 2 Danforth anchors: 25# & 35#; chain leader & rode; electric bilge pump; 2 windshield wipers; AM/FM/ Cassette stereo; 2 dock-lines; 4 fenders; boat hook; 2 fire extinguishers; life ring; hand-held search light; swim platform and swim ladder; winter cover; Royal Mariner clock & barometer; engine & equipment manuals.
