ACCOMMODATIONS: The yacht sleeps 5 to 6 and has 6'3” headroom. Large double stateroom forward, with 'island' berth; roomy enclosed head to port with marine toilet: overboard discharge; roomy galley to starboard with Origo alcohol/electric stove, 12/110 volt refrigerator; microwave oven, sink and much counter and locker space; roomy settee to port, aft which drops to a double berth with an opposing settee to starboard. The interior of the boat is finished with off-white bulkheads and furnishings with solid teak trim, aircraft type lockers above and outboard of the accommodations add to the generous storage space. |

The upholstery is dark blue with complimentary draperies; dark blue carpeting. The vessel is fitted with air-conditioning and reverse-cycle heat; engine and 110 volt hot-water; pressure water. ENGINES: 1989 Mercruiser 5.7 Ltr. (V8) fresh-water cooled (heat exchangers) out-drives with Alpha 1 drive units; the engines were majored in 2005; hour meters; twin bilge blowers; twin aluminum fuel tanks of about 75 gallons each. |

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS: The yacht has both 12 volt DC and 110 volt AC systems; the 12 volt system is supplied by either the alternators on the engines through selector switches to 3 - 12 volt lead/acid batteries then on to a circuit breaker panel and lights and accessories; the 110 volt system is supplied by either shore power connection (50' shore cord included), 5 KW Westerbeke GENERATOR or an inverter. The vessel is fully equipped with cabin, navigation and courtesy lights. |
