CONSTRUCTION: White fiberglass hull, deck and deckhouses; pale gray boottop and shear strake; black bottom paint; stainless steel bow pulpit, double lifelines extending from bow to stern; solid 'weather cloths' around the aft deck; aft hard-top with wing doors; full 'Sunbrella' enclosure; the aft deck is fitted with a 'wet' bar incorporating a sink, liquor storage, ice maker and counter space; a combination washer and dryer is incorporated in the wet-bar cabinetry; fiberglass swim platform and stainless steel swim and boarding ladders; forward fiberglass anchor handling platform with roller, electric anchor windless and stainless CQR anchor; wash-down pump; Powermax 5 hp bow thruster.

ACCOMMODATIONS: The yacht sleeps up to 8 and has 6'3" headroom + throughout. The forward stateroom has an Island double berth, hanging locker to starboard. There is an enclosed head with a Vacu-flush electric marine toilet separate shower stall, vanity with marble counter-top and a separate door into the forward stateroom to port. Opposite the head is a 'U' shaped dinette to starboard with the galley aft to port. This area is open and very bright due to the windshields above. The dinette drops to make a double berth. The galley has a 3 burner 110 volt electric stove with oven, microwave oven, a household sized 110 volt refrigerator with separate freezer section, double stainless steel sinks with hot and cold pressure water.

It is three steps up to the main salon which has an entertainment center to starboard with stereo & flat screen TV space (not included); speaker controls for various speakers around the vessel. There is an 'L' shaped sofa aft to port which will pull out to make a double berth plus two tub chairs to starboard. The stairway to the aft deck is aft amidships and the companionway to the aft stateroom is to starboard; electrical panels are outboard of this companionway.

The aft stateroom is most roomy and bright with opening ports on three sides above bureaus with teak cabinetry with mirrors enhancing the sense of space. There is a centerline queen sized bunk; a large hanging locker forward and a roomy head with separate tub-shower stall forward to port.

The interior of the yacht is finished to a very high standard typical of this builder with teak veneer bulkheads, solid teak trim & joinery, teak & holly cabin soles and many lockers and drawers with panel or louvered doors throughout the yacht. The fabric upholstery and furnishings compliment the satin-finished joinery.

The vessel has a 200 US gallon fresh water capacity in stainless steel tanks. There is hot and cold pressure water at both heads, showers and in the galley. Hot water is provided by either a 110-volt hot water heater or via heat exchangers on the engines. There is a Marine Air Systems air conditioning system with reverse-cycle heat (2 units); central vacuum cleaning system; (approx.) 50 gallon holding tank connected to the 2 marine toilets.

ENGINES: Twin 1999 Caterpillar 3208, 375 hp (V8) turbo-charged, fresh-water-cooled marine diesel engines; hour meters show approximately 900 hrs. at the time of listing; 500 US gallon fuel capacity in two stainless steel tanks. The top speed is reported to be 22 kts. with a 16 kt. Cruising speed. The yacht is fitted with trim tabs and an engine synchronizer.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS:The yacht has both 12 and 110-volt systems. The 12 volt system is supplied either by alternators on both engines through selector switches to 5 lead/acid batteries: 1 house, 3 engine-starting and 1 for the bow thruster; or via the automatic battery charger from 110 volt power. The 110-volt system is supplied wither by shore-power connection (50' shore cord included) or via the 12 Kw. Onan marine diesel generator in a 'hush box' (hour meter showing 1,200 hrs. to the time of listing). The yacht has a full compliment of interior, courtesy and navigation lights.
