CONSTRUCTION: White fiberglass hull with beige boottop & shear strake; black bottom paint; 8,800#; displacement; 3,600# lead ballast; fin keel; spade rudder; white fiberglass deck with non-skid pattern; self-bailing 'T' shaped cockpit; wheel steering with pedestal guard & brake. The yacht has 2 hatches, 4 opening ports and 2 water-trap type ventilators. ACCOMMODATIONS: the yacht sleeps 5 and has 6'5” headroom. Vee berth forward with enclosed head to port with sink & vanity and marine toilet with 8 gallon holding tank; hanging locker to starboard; settee berths port and starboard in the main cabin with a center-line table. There is a quarter berth to port and galley to starboard. The galley has a stainless steel sink, 2 burner alcohol stove; ice box and counter and locker space. The interior has a teak cabin sole, blue fabric upholstery and vinyl head-liner.
ENGINE: 1982 Yanmar 2 GM, 15 hp marine diesel engine; 12 gallon fuel tank. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: 12 volt DC system supplied by an alternator on the engine through a selector switch to 2 lead-acid batteries then to a circuit-breaker panel and on to lights and accessories. There is 110 volt shore-power with a 30 amp cord & polarity indicator. The yacht is equipped with cabin, navigation, spreader and anchor-mast-head lights. SAILS: 1997 Mainsail; 1998-100% and 150% genoas; Storm Jib; 2 - 1998 spinnakers. RIGGING: Aluminum mast, boom & spinnaker pole; stainless steel standing rigging; head foil; 6 Lewmar winches: 2 X #40s; 2 X #30s; 2 X 7s; genoa & spinnaker gear; boom vang; topping lift; inclinometer; snatch blocks; main-sheet traveler; hydraulic back-stay adjuster. ELECTRONICS: West Marine VHF; Ritchie compass; Datamarine depth sounder & speedometer.
