CONSTRUCTION: Dark Blue Awlgripped (2005), fiberglass hull; white fiberglass non-skid deck; silver boot & cove stripes; blue bottom paint; fin keel; skeg-hung rudder; bow & stern pulpits; double lifelines; Edson WHEEL STEERING; emergency tiller; one hatch; two opening ports; four fixed ports; 2 water-trap type ventilators; blue DODGER.

ACCOMMODATIONS: This yacht sleeps four (4); 6' headroom. Teak-lined vee-berth forward with shelves outboard; storage under berth. Next aft to port is marine head with overboard discharge (Jabsco, new 2007); hanging locker outboard of head. Opposite to starboard is a sink with vanity.

In the main cabin to port has a curved settee with bulkhead mounted folding table with storage locker in teak. Settee- berth to starboard that converts to a (roomy 7') double; navigation-table aft to starboard; storage outboard in lockers above and behind settees plus storage under the berths as well.

The galley is aft to port with stainless steel sink; top load icebox; two burner Origo #3000 alcohol stove with cutting-board top; fresh water provided by a hand pump plus an electric faucet; 2 aluminum fresh water tanks totaling 38 US gallons.

Interior appointments include: white curtains; gold fabric upholstery forward with complementary blue upholstery in the main cabin; teak/holly cabin sole; teak veneer bulkheads and furnishings.

ENGINE & ELECTRICAL: Westerbeke 13 HP marine DIESEL engine, (1986); 40L fuel capacity in an aluminum tank; 5.5 kt. Cruising speed; approximately 20 hr. cruising range; hour meter showing 1,512 hrs. to the time of listing; miscellaneous spare parts: belts, glow plug, filters.
