CONSTRUCTION: White fiberglass hull, non-skid deck and deckhouses; dark red boottop and cove stripe; 12,000# displacement; long fin keel with external lead ballast; skeg supported rudder; bow pulpit with single lifelines; 2 gates; anchor handling platform in stainless steel with anchor rollers; 2 hatches; 4 opening ports; 2 water trap type vents; pedestal wheel steering; stainless steel wheel; emergency tiller. ACCOMMODATIONS: 4 to 6 berths. The main cabin has 7' headroom! Vee berth forward with enclosed head aft to port and hanging locker opposite to starboard. The main cabin has a settee berth to starboard with a dinette that can drop to make a double berth to port. The galley is aft to starboard. The aft cabin has a large anthwartships double berth and a compact head. The deep and secure cockpit has large storage lockers and a shower. The heads both have sinks and marine toilets. The galley has a new Origo #3000 stainless steel marine 2-burner stove (non-pressurized alcohol); large ice box with a 'Kiss' (water cooled) refrigeration unit. The interior has teak veneer bulkheads and solid teak trim; fiberglass headliner and red plaid fabric upholstery. ENGINE: 2002 Yanmar #3GM30F marine diesel inboard; 30 HP; fresh water cooling (heat exchanger); 1,708 engine hours to the time of listing; 27 US gallon fuel capacity; 3 blade (14”) MAX Prop; bilge blower.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: The yacht has a 12 volt electrical system supplied by the alternator on the engine through a selector switch to three lead-acid batteries thence to a circuit breaker panel and on to lights and accessories. The boat has a full compliment of cabin, navigation, anchor and spreader lights. SAILS: Hood mainsail and 135% roller furling genoa (1996-'97); Original mizzen; Mizzen staysail; asymmetrical spinnaker. RIGGING: aluminum masts & booms; stainless steel standing rigging; the spars are stepped on deck; Pro Furl B29 roller furling gear; Barlow sheet winches; 2 winch handles; mainsail and mizzen covers; inclinometer. ELECTRONICS & NAVIGATION: VHF; AM/FM cassette stereo; compass mounted on the wheel pedestal; Speedometer; depth sounder; Furuno #1621 RADAR; Raytheon ST 4000+ AUTOPILOT. Broker's comment: This is a very roomy and capable yacht that has just returned from a successful cruise to the Bahamas. It is indeed rare to find a boat of this size (and price range) with an aft-cabin and two heads.
