CONSTRUCTION: White fiberglass hull, non-skid deck and deckhouse; blue bottom paint; blue & red boottop and light blue shear strake; 13,000 # displacement; shoal draft fin keel with bulb; spade rudder; Edson 'radial-drive' wheel steering with 52” SS wheel and emergency tiller; bow and stern pulpits; double lifelines; 'sugar-scoop' transom, boarding area with walk-through stern pulpit and removal helm-seat; navy blue dodger with attaching awning; 5 opening ports, 4 opening deck hatches; 2 sky-lights and 2 large fixed ports.

ACCOMMODATIONS: Please see the attached plan. The yacht has 6'3” headroom and sleeps 6 to 7. There is a vee-berth forward with hanging locker and bureau. The main cabin has an 'L' shaped dinette to port which drops to make a double berth; there is a settee to starboard with lee-cloth and a navigation station at its foot facing aft. The galley is aft to port and has a CNG 'Seaward' two burner gimbaled stove with oven (spare CNG tank + LPG conversion kit included); double stainless steel sinks; large ice box and much counter and locker space. There is a double stateroom further aft to port with hanging locker and an anthwardships queen sized berth and opening port. The large head is opposite the galley on the starboard side. It has a marine toilet with a locking 'Y' valve, 20 gallon holding tank, Jabsco #18590 mascerator; shower with seat; opening port; and sink with vanity and linen storage. There is a second shower aft of the cockpit in the 'sugar scoop'.

The sinks & showers are supplied with dock-side (110 Volt) and engine hot and cold pressure water (Flojet #4300 pump & accumulator tank; Seaward S600 hot water heater), from a 60 gal. plastic tank; 'Seagull IV' fresh water filtration system with its own tap in the galley.

The interior is finished to a high standard with oiled teak veneer bulkheads, solid teak trim and doors; fiberglass headliner; teak & holly cabin sole and blue-gray fabric upholstery.

ENGINE: 1992 Yanmar 3GM30F, 27 HP; marine diesel inboard; fresh-water-cooling (heat exchanger); hour meter showing 2,000. Hs. To the time of listing; 25 gallon fuel tank providing approximately a 30 hr. cruising range; msc. spare parts.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: The yacht is equipped with both 12 volt DC & 110 Volt AC electrical systems; the 12 volt system is supplied by an alternator on the engine through a selector switch to two lead-acid batteries thence to a circuit breaker panel and on to lights & accessories. The 110 volt system is supplied by shore-power connection; 50' - 30 amp shore cord included. The yacht is equipped with cabin, navigation and anchor-masthead lights, Guest model #2610 Battery Charger and it has a lightning grounding system.

SAILS: Dacron mainsail; Doyle 150% Mylar genoa (2000) w/ UV strip; 120% Mylar genoa; Dacron Blade (100%); spinnaker.

RIGGING: Aluminum mast, boom & spinnaker pole; stainless steel wire-rope standing rigging; deck stepped spar (w/ compression post); 2 mainsail covers; roller furling (2000); 4 Barient winches: oversized 2 speed primaries in the cockpit and two-speed self-tailing winches on the cabin top; 2 handles; genoa & spinnaker gear; boom vang; topping lift; 4 snatch blocks; flag halyard; tackle type back-stay adjuster; end-boom main sheeting to a traveler.

ELECTRONICS: VHF with mast-head antenna + fixed emergency antenna; Seaworthy AM/FM/CD Stereo with interior and cockpit speakers; pedestal mounted compass; Raytheon ST50 integrated Speedometer, Log, wind speed and apparent wind indicator; Loran C/ GPS (combined unit); Magellan XL GPS with plotter with hand-held color monitor and fixed cradle at the navigation station; Autohelm ST4000 Autopilot (new drive unit in 2006).
