PARTICULARS AS SUPPLIED BY THE OWNER ARE BELIEVED TO BE CORRECT BUT ARE NOT WARRANTED. BROKER'S COMMENT: This is a boat that we have known since new. She has had only two (knowledgeable) owners. This boat is known as a good sailor, which is not surprising given her design pedigree. Although of typical Nova Scotia wooden boat construction of the era, it is our view that consistent care by her owners have kept her solid and unique.
