CONSTRUCTION: White fibreglass hull, deck & deckhouse, beige non-skid pattern on the deck; red boottop & cove stripes; red bottom paint; fin keel and spade rudder ( Rulon RCJ Rudder Bearing replaced in '01); tiller steering with aluminum telescoping extension; bow and stern pulpits with double lifelines; Lewmar forward hatch; Lexan companion-way wash boards; beige 2008 dodger.

ACCOMMODATIONS:
There is a vee-berth forward with bureau and drawers to port and hanging locker to starboard. There is a louvered teak door to close off the vee-berth. The main cabin has settees port and starboard. The galley is to port with a large quarter-berth aft. There is an enclosed head opposite to starboard.

The galley has a two burner Origo non-pressurized alcohol stove with oven, stainless steel sink with pressure water, dry storage, counter & locker space. The ice box is to starboard, aft of the settee and is incorporated into a bureau with swing-up navigation table. The head has a 2008 Jabsco marine toilet with a 5 gallon holding tank and 'Y' valve for overboard discharge. There is a sink, vanity and linen storage. Both the head and the galley are supplied by pressure water from a 10 gallon tank. The head has a hand-pump to pump the ice box.

The interior of the yacht is finished to a high standard with varnished teak veneer, solid teak furnishings and ash ceilings There is a recent varnished teak and holly sole. There is earth-tone checked fabric upholstery (new 2009) and a drop leaf table that attaches to the mast and fastens to the cabin sole.

ENGINE
1988 Yanmar 2GM20F 18 HP marine diesel inboard engine; hour meter showing 650 hrs. to the time of listing; 10 gallon fuel tank (new 2005); 2 bladed folding prop. The engine provides a cruising speed of 5.5 kts.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS:
The yacht has both 12 and 110 volt systems.The 12 volt system is supplied by an alternator on the engine through a selector switch to two lead/acid batteries; thence to lights & accessories. The 110 volt system is supplied by shore-power connection (50' shore cord included). There is a SEA 175 amp 'Mega Fuse' isolation transformer for the shore-power and a Guest #2622 3-stage charger for the batteries; 12 & 110 volt circuit breaker panels; Newmar battery monitoring pane. The yacht has a full compliment of navigation, cabin & courtesy lights.

Pro-Furl R35 roller furling gear; 2- Lewmar #44 self-tailing primary winches (2006); 2- Lewmar #16 Halyard/secondary winches; all halyards lead aft to the cockpit; 'Quick-Vang' boom vang; extendable spinnaker pole; mainsail cover.

Sail inventory: 6 in total North: 1998 Dacron Mainsail; #1 150% all purpose Genoa; Nylon Spinnaker.
