Canadian Built All Aluminum Tour Boat
Licensed (Minor Waters II) for 88 Passengers & 3 Crew

This pretty little tour boat is about 60' long (excluding bowsprit) with a beam of 14' 8", and draws 5' 1"

This rare vessel has become available as business is booming for the operators and they are currently in negotiations to acquire a larger vessel.

The Upper Deck is huge, and has a full enclosure.

The Lower Deck contains a bar and two washrooms.

The Engine Room is in the forward section of the hull. The vessel is powered by twin 3208 Caterpillar Diesels, and they can cruise the vessel at about 9 knots, with a top speed of 11 knots. They were last rebuilt in 1990, are presently in excellent working order.

The generator is a 17KW Kohler, powered by a Waukasha Diesel engine. This unit was new in 1991, and the engine was rebuilt in 1998.

The vessel is wheelchair accessible to the lower deck, and passenger loading is via a large gateway on each side near the stern (pictured)

There is a large double staircase on the fantail connecting the two decks.

The present owner is very experienced and has been very successful in this type of business. He is willing to assist a new buyer with a marketing and business plan for a new location (the present business is not for sale, the seller plans to continue operating in the same location with a larger vessel).
